Sawn Pine Wood for Industries That Value Efficiency and Precision

At ILHA BD, we produce sawn and kiln-dried Pinus taeda wood, sourced exclusively from sustainably managed plantations. Our commitment is to deliver reliable raw materials with high standardization and technical precision, tailored to the demands of the furniture, moulding, packaging, and construction industries.

The production process begins with the careful selection of logs measuring 3 meters in length and an average diameter of 30 cm, harvested from trees aged between 18 and 22 years. After debarking and sawing, the logs are technically classified and divided into two distinct parts:

- BD 01 (COL A) corresponds to the outer parts of the log, from which pieces with fewer defects are extracted. This wood offers excellent aesthetic and structural performance and is ideal for high-end applications.

- BD 02 (Mill Run) refers to the central portion of the log, which contains the pith and presents natural color variations and knots. It is suitable for more robust and functional applications.

All wood is kiln-dried in automated chambers with strict moisture control, ensuring dimensional stability and consistent performance in industrial processes. We apply precise technical tolerances and conduct thorough inspections at every stage of production.
